Delivery of your Purchases
We aim to deliver items in the most cost effective way. We usually will send things via Royal Mail Parcels service and price according to size.
Larger parcels will be sent via courier - again in the most cost effective manner so price will depend on size, weight and destination.
We will try and group your purchases into as few parcels as possible to save on costs and hopefully make things easier for you.
We are currently only shipping to UK addresses, Lo siento, Je suis désolé , 对不起 , Mi dispiace

We hope that you will love your purchase however if it it not what you wanted you can return items withn 14 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price in accordance with statutory rights. This does not cover other costs such as postage. Returns can be posted to us or you may visit us in store during normal opening hours.
We will accept items only if they are in absolutely as new condition. We cannot accept returns where inner packaging has been opened. Refunds will only be issued once there has been an inspection of the goods.
Please get in touch or visit the shop in the first instance if you believe the item you have received is faulty. Hopefully we will be able to sort it quickly and easily.
If goods are returned with fault, they will be sent back to the supplier. We will wait for the suppliers decision regarding the item item is delayed. If it before replacing or refunding the goods. If the supplier decides the item has been damaged by the customer then unfortunately no refund can be given.
As with other returns we will not pay postage but will accept returns in person to our shop in Coventry.
